Terms

They are between you and Maratha Business Network Foundation ([legal form], [address]) for a listing in the MBN Directory.

Any business can apply. MBN checks each application and approves or declines it within 3 days. [Grounds for declining — confirm, e.g. false details or an unlawful business.]

A declined application is refunded in full (see the refund policy).

₹1,000 for the first year for the first 500 businesses whose payment reference MBN receives; ₹3,000 a year after that, and for every renewal. [Incl. GST — once a GSTIN is confirmed.]

You pay the price shown when you sent the form, if you pay within 2 hours.

A listing on this website for 12 months from approval; a listing in the printed directory [edition and date]; word of mouth by MBN; an invitation to MBN's 10th anniversary celebration with dinner on 1 November 2026 at [venue], for applications approved before [date]; [training — confirm].

Give true details that are yours to publish. MBN may shorten or correct a listing to fit the directory, and may refuse wording that is misleading or offensive.

A listing runs 12 months from approval. [How MBN reminds you — confirm.] If you don't renew, the listing is hidden until you do.

You can ask us to remove yours at any time. [Refund for unused months — confirm.] MBN may remove a listing that breaks these terms.

A listing isn't an endorsement. Dealings between customers and listed businesses are between them.
